I develop reproducible Python workflows for biological sequence analysis, with a current focus on 5′UTR regulatory motif discovery. My public work includes a 5′UTR motif-analysis pipeline supporting exact k-mer and IUPAC pattern searches, mismatch-tolerant and gapped motifs, motif enrichment testing, multiple-testing correction, motif clustering, parallel processing, and result visualization. I can help with FASTA-based sequence analysis, custom motif searches, existing Python pipeline adaptation, analysis troubleshooting, reproducibility review, and delivery of structured tables, figures, documented code, and concise methods notes. For first engagements, I prefer a small fixed-price pilot with clearly defined input data, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and one revision. Larger work can be divided into milestones after the pilot is validated.
