Profile Summary

I am a practicing clinician-researcher in obstetrics and gynecology and an O&G Clinical Fellow within the NHS in the UK. I hold the MRCOG and the European Board qualifications EFOG-EBCOG and EFRM-ESHRE, alongside MD, DNB, and FNB postgraduate training in reproductive medicine completed in India, and a PGCert in Medical Education. Under my editing practice, Mondal Editorial, I edit O&G research manuscripts for authors preparing to submit to peer-reviewed journals. My background spans the full breadth of the specialty, with subspecialty depth in reproductive medicine and IVF/ART, endometriosis and laparoscopic surgery, fertility preservation, hysteroscopy, menopause and HRT, and early pregnancy. As an active researcher, I work routinely with PRISMA, STROBE, CONSORT, SQUIRE, CARE, and PRISMA-ScR reporting frameworks, and I have registered systematic-review protocols on PROSPERO. My own research has been published in journals including AJOG, BJOG, and IJGO, and recognised with the Young Asian Researcher Award from the World Research Council and the Professor Geoffrey Chamberlain Award from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. Having been through peer review myself at this level, I edit manuscripts the way a reviewer reads them. My editing is built on the question every reviewer asks: is the study reported clearly, completely, and defensibly?
