She currently serves as Principal at Trinity Educational Institute, Ramgarh, Jharkhand, India, where she provides visionary leadership in academic administration, faculty development, curriculum innovation, and institutional quality assurance. Prior to this, she served as Assistant Professor at Asian College of Pharmacy, Udaipur, Rajasthan. Dr. Bagdi has 13 publications to her credit in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals, covering pharmacology, phytochemistry, antimicrobial resistance, and artificial intelligence applications in healthcare. She holds an Indian Patent (Application No. xxxxxxxxxxxx), published in the Indian Patent Journal (January 2026), for a novel pharmaceutical composition comprising Ziziphus nummularia extract with antidiabetic and antioxidant activities. She has been recognized globally for her contributions, receiving the prestigious Global Recognition Award 2026 for Excellence in Community Healthcare Service and Pharmaceutical Research. As an Invited Speaker at the Global Forum on Immunology and Personalized Medicine, Barcelona, Spain (2026), and a poster presenter at international conferences in Prague, Czech Republic and Tokyo, Japan, she has established a strong international academic presence. She has also participated in leadership programs organized by the UK Pharmacy Professional Leadership Advisory Board, London, United Kingdom. Dr. Bagdi has earned professional certifications in AI in Pharma: Transforming Life Sciences Through Technology (Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council, Government of India), AI Applications in Healthcare (Great Learning), AI Literacy for Healthcare Professionals from Clinical AI Academy and Medical Writing Skills (International Medical Writers Association). She is an active member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, and has participated in ISAC–Elsevier antimicrobial publishing workshops.
