Dr. Kuzmanović began his professional career in 2018, when he was appointed as a Research Trainee in the field of nuclear physics. In 2020, he advanced to the title of Research Assistant in high-energy physics (experimental nuclear physics and radioecology (environmental radioactivity and radon measurement)) and was also appointed as a Professor of Applied Studies in the field of physics. By 2021, he earned the title of Research Associate, and in 2024, he was elected Assistant Professor. His scientific work and research interests are centered on nuclear engineering and radioecology. He has extensive experience in writing scientific papers. Dr. Kuzmanović has made significant contributions to science and research, authoring or co-authoring over 70 scientific papers, 20 of which have been published in prestigious international journals listed in the Science Citation Index (SCI). Additionally, he is the author of a chapter in a monograph of international importance published by Nova Science Publishers in New York. His work has been cited over 200 times, with a Scopus h-index of 8. Scientific expert, engaged by the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Serbia. As a recognized expert, Dr. Kuzmanović has reviewed research papers for prominent journals, including the Journal of Hazardous Materials, Materials, Journal of Radioanalytical and Nuclear Chemistry, Heliyon, Scientific Reports, and the Journal of Environmental Radioactivity, Baghdad Science Journal, Marine Pollution Bulletin, Atmosphere, Discover Applied Sciences, Environmental Monitoring and Assessment, Energies, and Processes. Since 2018, he has been a reviewer for the Serbian National Entity for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (NEAQA), where he was re-elected in 2022. He also serves as a foreign expert for the Montenegrin Agency for Control and Quality Assurance of Higher Education (since 2021) and the Agency for Higher Education of Republic of Srpska (Bisnia and Herzegovina) (since 2022). Furthermore, he has been an expert with the Institute for the Improvement of Education and Training of Serbia since 2022. He is a member of the Radiation Protection Society of Serbia and Montenegro, the Serbian Physical Society, and the Serbian Nuclear Society.
