I have developed physics simulation codes on supercomputers such as, finite element method (FEM) for structural stress analysis, electron structure analysis, heat distribution and thermal stress analysis. Computer architectures I have experienced are; Multi-node Vector supercomputer (the Earth Simulator), Multi-node Cell B.E. (QS22), PC-Clusters, and NVIDIA DGX-Station. I am currently developing acoustic wave propagation simulation codes with Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) with Yin-Yang grid, and accelerating 3D Split-Step Fourier Parabolic Equation with GPUs.
