Profile Summary

Ph.D. graduate from the Key Laboratory of Molecular Epigenetics, Institute of Genetics and Cytology, Northeast Normal University. Transgenic mice model generation using the CRISPR-Cas9 system is the key technology in our lab. I have extensive experience generating mouse models' knock-out, activation, and knockdown type. Currently, I am working on “Hamster” and “Zebrafish” as animal models using the latest approach of the gene modification system, called “Prime Editing.” I have successfully used the “Base Editor System” of the CRISPR-Cas9 to mutate a single base of DNA in mice. Currently, I am working in a Biotech company. I have several publications as first author and co-author in highly reputed journals. A list can be seen at my google scholar profile.
