Profile Summary

Interdisciplinary cellular biologist and omics researcher with expertise in transcriptomic data analysis to investigate disease mechanisms and therapeutic responses in rare bone disorders using in vitro disease models. Recently developed an AI-assisted transcriptome interpretation pipeline integrating literature retreival and LLMs for context-specific mechanistic insights. I am looking forward to use the established workflows and this pipeline to RNA-seq datasets from collaborators, particularly in rare disease or understudied biological systems where standard enrichment analysis has not produced a satisfying mechanistic interpretation.
