Profile Summary

I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with experience in teaching, academic research, and interdisciplinary collaboration. My work focuses primarily on personality and social psychology, with particular interests in social cognition, identity, creativity, emotion-related personality traits and so on. I have experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including questionnaire development and adaptation, psychometric validation, correlational and experimental research, statistical data analysis. Alongside my academic work, I have participated in international academic collaborations (i.e., SRNSF, DAAD, Coimbra) and Erasmus+ mobility initiatives, developing lectures and research activities in areas related to psychology. I also have experience writing publications, preparing academic materials, supervising student research projects, and presenting research findings in academic settings. I am a chair of psychologists union in Georgia. My teaching experience includes courses related to experimental psychology, personality methods, psychology of set, psychology of creativity for instance. I am particularly interested in integrating innovative educational approaches and digital tools into higher education. Currently, my ongoing research interests include: - individual differences related to high-risk and conventional activism - social cognition of creativity, - the impact of emerging technologies, including AI, on education and human interaction. I am motivated by interdisciplinary collaboration, international research exchange, and projects that connect psychological science with real-world social and educational challenges.
