Profile Summary

H, I am Naeem. I have done MBA (Banking and Finance) at the Institute of Management Sciences, one of the country's excellent schools in management sciences. It was a three and a half years' study program whereby I studied many subjects related to Islamic Economics and Finance. By the end of my course work, I wrote my thesis in Islamic Banking, published later in a quality journal. After graduation, I began to work as a Research Internee in the Center for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF) in 2016. At CEIF, I pragmatized what I learned during my studies and explored various methods of research. There, I published a paper as well, entitled "Success factors of Collaboration in Islamic Banks," in co-authorship with Dr. Krim Ullah, the acting Chair of the Center for Excellence in Islamic Finance and the Assistant Professor, Institute of Management Sciences. After working in CEIF, I was able to find an opportunity in an Islamic Bank, where I worked as a Branch Services Officer for one and a half years. This allowed me to know how things work on a branch level Practically. But, my main interest was becoming an academic expert and researcher, so I started exploring new opportunities related to my interest. Within a year, I was allowed to join The American Institute of Islamic Business (TAIIB), Washington DC, USA, as an Adjunct Research Associate. My responsibilities included working on various research projects whereby I learned about Grounded Theory from the founder and CEO of the organization, Dr. Shakir Ullah. I was also blessed to publish a co-authorship paper with him too. Here at Kolabtree, I intend to extend my skills and expertise to serve my clients with top-notch research activities like conducting a scientific literature review, data collection and analysis, articles and publication, content writing, copywriting, and many more.
