Profile Summary

I am a final-year B.Tech Biotechnology student at Bennett University (CGPA: 9.46) with hands-on experience in both wet lab and dry lab techniques, scientific writing, and biomedical research. My wet lab skills span mammalian cell culture, PCR, ELISA, nanoparticle synthesis, RNA extraction, plasmid cloning, recombinant protein expression, and bioreactor operation. On the computational side, I work with tools including PyMol, AlphaFold, UCSF Chimera, SwissADME, and R programming for in-silico drug screening and structural biology. I have authored two published articles on neurological conditions — schizophrenia and dementia — and have a manuscript under review on the therapeutic potential of medicinal plants in neurodegenerative disorders. My research projects include synthesis of chitosan-encapsulated myricetin nanoparticles for glioblastoma treatment, an IoT-based foot pressure detection system for ulcer risk assessment, and an Arduino-based pulse oximeter. I also completed a clinical diagnostics internship at Rashtriya Charitable Blood Centre, where I performed ELISA-based transfusion screening, blood grouping, and instrument calibration across a high-throughput lab environment.
