Profile Summary

I am a molecular epidemiologist with a master’s in advanced molecular biology and two PhDs (medical sciences and public health & epidemiology). Over the past eight years I’ve worked as a research associate and university lecturer, designing and running studies on pesticide genotoxicity, immunotoxicity and epigenome‑wide associations. I’m skilled in biostatistics, systematic review and meta‑analysis, flow cytometry, PCR assays, animal surgery, biobanking and bioinformatics, plus Covidence, SPSS, GraphPad, and R. Current projects include developing a pesticide‑mixture health index using EWAS and assessing genotoxic activity of glyphosate formulations. I also founded the Pathfinder Epidemiology Academy to train students in research methods and publish regional studies.
