•	Senior Research Fellow, Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), Department of Physiology, University of Delhi, India (2005-2007): As part of PhD thesis work, performed research into aspirin’s capabilities to restore normal baroreflex function in hypercholesterolemia rats via its antioxidative properties. Executed a study to test the hypothesis that aspirins’ antioxidant effect improved the haemodynamic profile and baroreflex sensitivity in the rat model of hypercholesterolemia. Effectively concluded that aspirin strengthens baroreflex response and circumvents an increase in blood pressure and heart rate, with potential correlation to antioxidative properties.
•	Senior Research Fellow, Center of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Department of Physiology, University of Delhi, India (2003-2005): As part of PhD thesis work, planned and executed research studies into the antioxidative action of aspirin on endothelial function in hypercholesterolemia rats, to determine the role of aspirin on vascular endothelial changes. Established and tested a hypothesis stating that the antioxidant action of aspirin improves endothelial function in a rat model of hypercholesterolemia. Studied the dose-response relationship of acetylcholine and isoproterenol on isolated aortic tissues to test endothelial function and beta(2)-adrenoceptor activity. Identified an association between aspirin and reduction in free radical stress, demonstrated by lower lipid peroxidation and prevention of reduction in glutathione content.
•	Junior Research Fellow, University Grants Commission (UGC), Department of Pharmacology, Hamdard University (2000-2002): As part of a Master of Pharmacy thesis, conducted research into the effects of aspirin and celecoxib on Diabetes Mellitus and Naphthalene-induced cataracts in rats. Gathered, documented, and analyzed research data to extract relevant correlations.
•	Lecturer, Department of Pharmacology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Hamdard University, Delhi, India (2002-2003): Teaching Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology courses to PharmD students.
