Profile Summary

I am a Pharmacist and a Full stack Chemoinformatics AI/ML. I have over three years of software experience, two years of chemo- and bioinformatics experience, three years of experience as an AI data scientist, and a Bachelor degree of Pharmacy. 
I created a fully CADD SBDD workflow that works without internet, from chemical sketcher to molecular dynamics simulation. I designed and developed a cross platform app that was deployed on both the Web using MERN stack development and Android using Java and XML with the same UI and different technologies that help people record and calculate purchases so easily with a one page app.
I have knowledge in a multidisciplinary projects that involves many aspects of science, including UX/UI design, MERN stack development, Chemoinformatics, Structural biology, De novo drug discovery and Artificial Intelligence in drug discovery include: Machine learning, Deep learning, Graph Neural Network, Natural Language processing, Generative Chemistry, Chemical language model, ExplainableAI, QSAR, Structure Based Drug design, Molecular Dynamics Simulation.
