Profile Summary

I recently graduated with a dual degree from Duke University and Duke Kunshan University (DKU), majoring in Global Health with a track in biology. Through my academic training, I have developed expertise in supporting global health research through protocol design, systematic reviews, and manuscript development. I led a systematic review project on pathogens in feral swine, through which I received thorough training in skills such as protocol design and citation management using EndNote. Additionally, I conducted abstract and title screening. I was also an intern at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where I designed a research protocol on digital health technologies in China and conducted a comparative literature review on digital health technologies between Morocco and China. I also developed a protocol for a literature review comparing the use of Artificial Intelligence between Arab countries and China. Currently, I am co-leading a systematic review and meta-analysis on bacterial pathogens affecting swine in China. In this project, I established the inclusion and exclusion criteria and conducted article screening. As for manuscript publication, I have contributed to two peer-reviewed publications in which I was responsible for revising the content to ensure coherence, adherence to the journal’s requirements, and incorporation of reviewers’ feedback. This resulted in the publication of a manuscript in the Journal of Veterinary Medical Science titled "Genetic analysis of feline parvovirus reveals predominance of FPV-G1 group among cats in China." Moreover, I contributed to a manuscript published in the Journal of Veterinary Medicine and Science titled “Burden of common respiratory pathogens among cats in China”. These roles have strengthened my attention to detail and communication skills as I was in charge of progress monitoring and quality control.
