The largest budget I have managed is £15 Million. I am innovative in my approach, and have co-authored and implemented a project on postpartum home visits for postpartum mothers that won the Saving Lives at Birth $100,000 grant from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. I have as well developed a social innovation model to empower poor rural women in maternal health that was ranked in the top 10% globally at Echoing Green Fellowships in 2012.
