am a Health Economics PhD researcher with a strong background in Public Health and applied health policy. My work focuses on how healthcare systems can prioritize resources fairly and efficiently, and how societal preferences shape decision-making in areas such as severity of illness, health gains (QALYs, life-years, quality-of-life), age-based priority, and first-come-first-served approaches. Alongside my academic work, I have several years of professional experience in mental health services and community-based psychosocial support programs, including employment support and service coordination for vulnerable populations. This gives me a strong understanding of real-world healthcare delivery, implementation challenges, and how policies affect practice on the ground.
