Profile Summary

I am a Senior Researcher in ITI (Technological Center for Research, Development and Innovation in Information and Communication Technologies). My area of expertise is designing experiences and using technologies and data in order to give answers or solve complex challenges. Serious games for health and education, RV/AR, immersive art and entertainment and Human-Computer Interaction are the core of my research. I have been lecturing about this topics in Florida Universitaria, both undergrad and postgrad since 2008. Along this time I have been involved in several research projects, writing proposals and as a researcher (LLP, 7FP, H2020...) I'm also the co-founder of LudumLab, a small atelier for innovative projects on Serious Games & Game Based Learning. I love to apply design and research to improve people's life: UX research and Game User Research are topics that I'm crazy about.
