Profile Summary

I am a Principal Scientist with 18+ years’ experience in neuroscience, RNA therapeutics, and GMP analytical development. I specialise in oligonucleotide drug substances and products, supporting clients across method development, validation, and regulatory readiness. I currently lead analytical testing for oligonucleotide therapeutics in a GMP environment, including LC-MS identity, UHPLC purity, UV thermal profiling, and ICP-MS elemental analysis. I work closely with clients to define testing strategies aligned with ICH guidelines and support regulatory submissions. My experience spans discovery through to clinical-stage programs, including siRNA, ASOs, and PMOs.
