Dr. Jill D. Chasse is a Clinical Epidemiologist and Health Scientist, with over two decades of experience and education.
She has comprehensive clinical training and experience in maternal/ perinatal health, preventive medicine and public health including infectious diseases and tropical medicine  for over 20 years. She has worked for the CDC, NIH, US Army research and Tricare health, as a Public Health Advisor, Manager and Specialist. She was trained and had practiced as a Traditional Independent Midwife and a Certified Montrice in the Washington, DC metro area for a decade before phasing into Infectious Diseases and the Public Health Sector with Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Dr. Chasse is uniquely qualified for harmonizing the yin and the yang,  both the art and the science of medicine, public health and patient care.

Although she has worked as a director, a program manager, and in leadership and research positions with the Federal Government, Dr. Chasse’s passion lies in patient interaction through applied epidemiology and integrative medicine as a public health practitioner. She is a Board Certified and Registered Integrative Medical Doctor (IMD) with a concentration in Obstetrics certified through The Board of Natural Medicine and the Natural Medicine Certification Council of Canada  as well as the Board of Integrative Medicine. She is also a Board Certified and Registered Holistic Health Practitioner granted by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners Certification and Accreditation Board.

While in the Washington DC area for 20 years, Dr. Chasse worked on multiple federal contracts, including NIH/NICHD, Walter Reed, TRICARE and the US Department of Health and Human Services.  She is a certified Emergency Medical Responder and Infection Control professional and was in the Medical Reserve Corps "Maryland Responds." She is certified in Community Nursing and Tropical Medicine as well as numerous certifications in the field of maternal/infant health, including: PMAD Support (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders,) Childbirth Education, Postpartum and Prenatal Doula, Breastfeeding Education,  and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome and Kangaroo Care.

Dr. Jill's passion is in Global Maternal Humanitarian medicine, Her Clinical Concentration for her Naturopathic Medical Degree is Traditional and Indigenous Medicine. She completed certifications in Thai Yoga and Aruyeda and Healing Elements: A Native Hawaiian Perspective: 6 module training class by the National Library of Medicine, NIH), leading to her being Recognized by The World Organization of Natural Medicine as a Doctor of Humanitarian Services (DHS).
