Profile Summary

I am a PhD in Environmental and Chemical Engineering with more than 7 years of postdoctoral and applied research experience in environmental technologies for water, wastewater and emissions control. My expertise covers advanced oxidation processes (AOPs), electrochemical treatment and electrooxidation, photocatalysis, nutrient recovery, NOx abatement, and process optimization for complex environmental systems. I have worked extensively on the design, evaluation and integration of hybrid treatment trains combining chemical, electrochemical, catalytic and membrane-based processes, always with a focus on performance, energy efficiency and practical applicability. I have experience dealing with challenging matrices such as textile effluents, agro-industrial wastewaters, landfill leachates, saline streams and process retentates, supporting both laboratory-scale and pre-industrial evaluations. I support companies, consultancies and research-driven organizations with technical assessments, feasibility studies, scientific and technical reporting, R&D project evaluation, optimization strategies and support for innovation and funding programs.
