He is also affiliated with Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services, working as a consultant and supervising a team of psychologists and counselors providing psychosocial support in the workplace. His research interests include the development of therapeutic alliance, client-therapist alliance as a psychotherapy tool, rupture and repair of therapeutic relationships, and supervisory alliance.
