My most recent work produced a first-author publication in Angewandte Chemie International Edition (2025) on MI-RaPID-derived macrocyclic D-amino acid peptide inhibitors of MMP-7, a validated cancer and inflammation target. This work resulted in a PCT patent (PCT/IL2025/xxxxxx) and identified a lead inhibitor with IC₅₀ of 90 nM. I have hands-on experience running the full pipeline from peptide design through synthesis, HPLC purification, mass spectrometry characterization, enzyme kinetics, and computational docking against protein crystal structures. I am available for consulting on peptide synthesis strategy, SPPS troubleshooting, HPLC/MS method development, molecular docking protocols, and grant writing in peptide therapeutics and drug discovery.
