Profile Summary

I have done Ph.D. in medicinal chemistry and have UGC-BSR fellowship for carrying out my research work. More than 10 years of experience of teaching subjects like analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, inorganic chemistry and anatomy, physiology and health education at graduate level. Won two innocentive projects, Ist project was of 6000 US dollar was to suggest an alternative synthesis route for an important drug to the industry and second project was of 1200 US dollar for providing four new compounds for biological evaluations. My Ph.D project was based on the synthesis of new diazenyl derivatives and their antimicrobial evaluation. I was Guest editor of two thematic issues of Bentham Science and I have published more than 15 research articles in international journals of repute.
