My research interest is to unveil molecular mechanism that orchestrate function of cells at genomic level using high throughput data analysis. Currently I am working on immune cells to decipher how various pathogen response is regulated at transcriptional level. I have expertise in ChIPseq and RNAseq data analysis. I am proficient with Perl , Shell scripting, R language and Python. I have also expertise in several Bioconductor packages like DESeq2, ComplexHeatmap, ggplot2 to name a few
