I hold a PhD in Biomedical Science from the Università della Svizzera Italiana (USI), obtained while working at the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB) in Switzerland. Throughout my doctoral studies and an additional year as a Scientist, I developed expertise in a diverse array of advanced technologies to investigate TCR-pMHC interactions. My work involves the application of CRISPR-based techniques, microfluidics, and cell culture approaches. I have specialized in utilizing complex molecular biology and cell culturing methods, particularly focusing on droplet-based assays, to dissect and understand the intricacies of TCR-pMHC interactions. This interdisciplinary experience has equipped me with a robust skill set and a deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of immunology. Currently, I am eager to contribute to and further explore the potential of different technologies in immunology, cancer biology, and beyond, and advance our fundamental understanding of biological processes and their impact on the treatment of various diseases.
