I am a bioinformatics researcher with expertise in both computational biology and wet lab oncology, specializing in the integration of genomics data analysis with experimental validation. At the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC, TMC), I focused on large-scale genomics projects involving whole-exome sequencing (WES) and transcriptomics, contributing to high-impact publications in NPJ Systems Biology and Applications and ESMO Open. More recently, at Lifesenz Cancer Research Labs, I have expanded my skill set to include cell culture, cytotoxicity assays (MTT, DPPH, TEAC, TPC, TFC), RNA extraction, SDS-PAGE, and protein analysis, bridging computational findings with functional validation.
