Profile Summary

I am a biomedical scientist and molecular biotechnologist specialising in bioinformatics, computational genomics, and multi-omics analysis. My work integrates experimental molecular biology with advanced data-driven approaches to study gene regulation, developmental and regenerative processes, and the genetic and epigenetic factors that shape human disease. I have extensive experience analysing NGS datasets, including RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, and spatial transcriptomics, covering QC, preprocessing, alignment, feature quantification, differential expression, peak calling, clustering, marker identification, and pathway-level interpretation. My computational expertise includes R, Python, Bash, Snakemake, Git-based workflow management, and machine-learning approaches for classification, dimensionality reduction, and model interpretability. In addition to transcriptomic and epigenomic profiling, I work on genomic association studies, including GWAS, polygenic scoring, population structure modeling, and gene–environment (G×E) interaction analyses in large-scale cohorts. My projects also include the integration of multi-modal datasets and mechanistic interpretation of regulatory networks. My experimental background spans molecular and cell biology, stem and primary cell systems, CRISPR-based genome editing, organoid technologies, histology, immunostaining, and advanced microscopy, allowing me to connect computational findings with biological relevance. I have contributed to research in developmental biology, regeneration, immunology, oncology, and translational genomics, working across academic institutes, clinical settings, and biotechnology-oriented environments.
