Profile Summary

My research area revolves around my life journey. From childhood, I have wanted to provide better medical treatment, not pharmacotherapy or surgery, but for my body cells and DNA. So I am passionate about stem cell and gene therapy. I want to bring the solution to rare Genetic Disorders, Neurological Disorders, and Hematopoietic Disorders. I had worked in 3 different labs and got trained under a Ph.D. scholar and Post-Doctoral Fellow. I am highly experienced in mammalian cell culture ( U 87, SHSY5Y, C6), RT PCR, q PCR, Western Blot with different assays like MTT Assay, Tunnel Assay, ROS Assay, Ladder Assay, as well as flow cytometry and other microscopy techniques. Even I am familiar with bioinformatics techniques like molecular dynamics simulation with Desmond. My paper entitled" Inflammatory Response of Stem Cell Secreting Conditioned Media in SHSY5Y cell line" got accepted for Poster Presentation at the CMC VELLORE BAGAYAM and IBRO Conference. I am also a Mentor of the International Youth Neuroscience Association and Editorial Board Reviewer of Journal Infection, Microbes and Chemotherapy. I have more than ten research articles with three book chapters. Apart from all this research, I am highly increased in designing and developing Biomedical Instruments like Diagnostic Equipment and Prosthetics.
