I am a physicist with PhD in bioinformatics. I am interesting in using machine and statistical learning to get insight into protein-protein and protein-DNA association. Nevertheless, the tools I have developed in my work are able to analyze a series of different subjects. Currently, I am also applying data analysis algorithms to identify metabolite signals from NMR spectra that are different in two or more conditionals.
