She has completed her PhD in Reproductive Health Science, MSc in Health Systems Management, and BSc in Medical Laboratory Science. Emily’s consultancy portfolio includes health policy formulation, program evaluations, feasibility studies, and development of strategic plans for governments, NGOs, and international organizations. She has authored and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on perinatal health, pregnancy outcomes, HIV testing among young women, community-based Health Information systems, and congenital anomalies. She is currently a Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences at Kirinyaga University while pursuing consultancy and research assignments regionally/globally.
