I am an experienced researcher with a demonstrated history of working in software development, academia and consultancy. I received my PhD title in Systems Engineering for the thesis entitled “Research regarding security of control systems”. I was member of more than 10 nationally funded research projects, most of them related to security (biometric identification of persons, RFID technology, critical infrastructures protection).

I am co-editor of a book published by Springer Verlag, author of more than 20 valuable scientific papers, initiator and organizer of the International Workshop on Systems Safety & Security and reviewer for prestigious international journals published by Elsevier and Springer (Hydrogen Energy, Computers & Electrical Engineering).

Now I am working as assistant professor at Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiesti, Romania. I have competencies and I am teaching Real Time Programming, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Programmable Logical Controllers, Micro-programmable systems, Operating systems, and Computer networks.
