Profile Summary

I am a research immunologist with broad and deep expertise in the investigation of B and T lymphocyte responses. My doctoral and post-doctoral training was in B cell and antibody immunology. Then, as a project scientist, I lead a research team in immunology to control Tconv and Treg responses in vivo as novel therapeutic approaches in selected murine models of autoimmunity and cancer. Currently, I am developing high throughput methods to induce and measure antigen-specific B cells and sequence their antibodies. • Expertise in molecular and cellular assay development and immune mouse models • Deep knowledge of B and T lymphocyte biology from a signal transduction perspective • Expert in antibody formation, including class switching, hypermutation, and properties of the isotypes in normal immune responses and in immunotherapy • Possess scientific rigor and creativity in interdisciplinary approaches to problem solving; collaborative, team spirit and excellent communication skills
