Our Lab conducts Glycemic Index testing for food products. We are the only Lab in the United States with a MD performing all blood tests and supervision. We follow the International ISO protocol 26642 recognized by the FDA. We have tested many food types from new sugars/sweeteners, Ice creams, cookies, chips etc. If the food product passes we allow our trademarked LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX icon to be used on your food products. Fees are $5000 for the first product and similar flavor tested and $3500 per product tested within 3 months. We can assist in consultation prior to testing in order to create the best possible ingredient outcome for testing.
