My scientific research is focused on the hydrobiology of freshwater ecosystems, with a particular interest in the biomonitoring of the Trebišnjica River and its reservoirs, using macroinvertebrates, phytoplankton, and phytobenthos as bioindicators. I am also expanding my interest in ichthyology, specifically in the endemic fish species of the Trebišnjica River basin, which is the topic of my doctoral dissertation. During my research, I have published a total of four papers, where I am the first author in all of them. Two of these papers are of domestic significance, while the other two have been published in international journals, in addition to two presentations at national scientific conferences. I am the first author of two papers categorized as M20 (https://doi.org/10.1080/xxxxxxxx.2024.2365387 ; https://doi.org/10.55730/xxxxxxxxx.3184), both of which stem from my doctoral work. To date, I have participated in 19 projects as a hydrobiologist for zoobenthos research across Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
