Profile Summary

I am a final‑year BSc Bioinformatics and Data Science student from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, interested in computational biology, genomics and data‑driven research. My experience includes working with spatial transcriptomics and cancer genomics datasets, focusing on ligand–receptor interactions, perturbation signatures and network analysis using Python based workflows and Linux based pipelines including 'Snakemake' for Biological pipeline building on AMR gene detection. I enjoy building clear, reproducible pipelines and connecting quantitative results to underlying biology. In the long term, I aim to pursue Master's in Bioinformatics and computational genomics, and I am actively preparing for Master's in Bioinformatics degree.
