I am a PhD student working on both human and murine brain development models. I am currently studying the involvement of lipid metabolism in cortical development using both in vivo mouse experiments (in utero electroporation, embryo dissection and immunofluorescence) together with brain organoid models (human embryonic stem cell gene editing, organoid generation, organoid culture and sectioning, immunofluorescence staining, organoid viral infections, clearing and whole mount imaging).
