Profile Summary

I am a pharmacist and public health researcher with experience working at the intersection of clinical care, health systems, and population health research. My work focuses on understanding how healthcare interventions perform in real-world settings and translating data into practical insights that support better clinical, public health, and policy decisions. During my MSc in Public Health at the University of South Wales, I designed and conducted an independent epidemiological study examining health awareness and access to preventive health interventions among university populations. The project involved survey design, primary data collection, and quantitative analysis using SPSS, with findings interpreted through a social determinants of health framework. Earlier in my career, I contributed to research examining medication adherence among patients with cardiovascular disease in a tertiary hospital setting. Using validated clinical tools and quantitative methods, I analysed behavioural and socioeconomic factors influencing treatment adherence and developed evidence-informed recommendations aimed at improving patient outcomes.
