Profile Summary

During my undergraduate thesis, doctoral dissertation, postdoctoral fellowships, courses, and internships, I gained extensive experience in molecular biology and classical biochemistry techniques. Participation in various research groups has allowed me to develop skills applicable to working with diverse biological systems, including bacteria, plants, microalgae, and cyanobacteria. I have experience in nucleic acid and protein isolation, PCR, cloning, transformation, Western blotting, plant cell culture, organelle isolation, 2D native gels, measurement of physiological parameters, quantification of biomolecules, and enzyme activity assays. I am also proficient in the use of basic equipment such as centrifuges and ultracentrifuges, culture rooms, incubators, magnifying glasses, microscopes, nucleic acid and protein electrophoresis systems, and more. These experiences have also enabled me to develop skills in data analysis and teamwork.
