Product Development: I have developed products for clients across the globe and have worked developing product in small bakeries and large production facilities. I have been hired to develop individual products, some with specialty constraints such as gluten-free, fat-free, high-fiber, etc. as well as whole product lines. Systems optimization: Although one might think that working on a fishing boat does not have much to do with baking I learned some critical system efficiency skills during my time in Alaska. I quickly went from line setter to operations overseer and the careful yet quick processing of the new catch was critical.
