Profile Summary

I have a unique blend of Machine Learning experience with a medical background. After studying Medicine at Cambridge University, I worked as a doctor and published academic research in top journals (including the BMJ). Following that, I completed a Master's Degree in Data Science and Machine Learning at UCL, where I finished in the top 5% and came first in Bioinformatics/Comptutational Biology. I have a wide range of data science experience, both inside and outside healthcare. I built a first-of-its-kind time series model to predict blood glucose levels with the company ZOE, as well as data science work for dunnhumby and the Electric Power Research Institute. I have conducted statistical anaylses and built machine learning models for use in academia and in industry, including numerous peer-reviewed publications. I am experienced with a wide range of data types and machine learning frameworks.
