I am a senior research who works on genomics, transcription regulation and chromatin-related NGS. I have a PhD in genomics, a MSc in Human Genome and an BSc in Cell and Molecular Biology. My background is both wet lab molecular biology and bioinformatics. I specialise in next generation sequencing methods, including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, as well as microarray analysis. I am proficient in R and Linux and can also use Python. Moreover, I'm experienced in ontolgies, biological pathways and network analysis.
