I had the amazing opportunity to be introduced to and start learning a second language at a very early age, back when I was in kindergarten. Fast-forward almost two decades later, already a full-fledged bilingual, and I was able to land my first job as a customer service representative, where I was given the responsibility to take calls both in English and Spanish, which helped me further develop my skills. Every job after that has involved me making use of both languages in one way or another. Currently, I love spending a portion of my free time learning a third language, Japanese. On another note, I am a very detail-oriented individual, both in personal and professional environments. Through working from home for several years, now, I've been able to learn how to manage time more efficiently and create schedules with the intent to increase my productivity levels.
