Besides my years of experience in organizational leadership, management, and academia; I have over 20 years of specialist leadership experience in the Jamaican military, and 15 years in counseling psychology. The military is where I obtained some aspects of my management skills. The military skill of management has translated to the corporate environment. Hence, I have become proficient in moving projects forward, submitting deliverables on time, and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties. In addition, here are a few of my highlights:  I have coordinated various activities relevant to the safety and well-being of staff, students, and visitors to educational institutions through critical incident management and administrative operations. Making infrastructure and administrative changes.  I was able to improve student discipline and create a positive environment for all the stakeholders in educational institutions through program development and evaluation.  I have established and managed programs and committees that are relevant to the appropriate behavior and safety of over 4,000 students on five campuses at a community college.  I have provided psychological therapy and clinical assessments to individuals and institutions.  In the military, I have provided tactical and technical guidance to subordinates and professional support to both superiors and subordinates in the accomplishment of their duties.  I have managed and supervised between 10-25 people in various organizations over the past 20-30 years.
