I am a Ph.D. systems engineer and active National Science Foundation principal investigator with fifteen years of practice across applied research, federal proposal development, and graduate engineering education. My work covers three areas. First, federal proposal development — I have secured awards as PI and Co-PI from NSF, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Florida Department of Education, and direct industry, and I currently support NSF, SBIR, and STTR proposal teams. Second, model-based systems engineering — digital twin development for aerospace test platforms, structural health monitoring deployed on live infrastructure, and requirements engineering for defense and technology programs. Third, engineering education — I design and deliver graduate-level systems engineering and simulation curricula, with more than 500 engineers and students trained.
