My HR management experience has been in an industry with demands for proactive lead roles and with other customer service-oriented companies, so I am familiar with the challenges. In addition, to handle HR responsibilities, I have been a strategic business partner in my previous positions and served on the executive team. My twenty plus years in HR as an assistant, then generalist, and now manager, have allowed me to grow and develop professionally and as a leader.
