Profile Summary

As the VP of Finance and Operations of a small business, I am exposed to every angle of the business on a weekly basis. Previous and Ongoing Projects: 
Data Analysis - I have performed an average of two larger analysis (consuming 3 hours or more) a month for the last 6 years of my career. As an executive in the business, I am directed to analyze problems that arise, suggest corrective action and in some instances take the corrective action myself.

Implementation of Acumen - I led the implementation of this system over the course of a year for the publishing subsidiary of our parent company. As part of this effort, I redesigned the process flow of the business from order generation to shipping. I created custom generated reports that are used on a daily basis for the operations of the business.

Implementation of Macola – I led a year and half long project to implement Macola, another ERP system, for the sales subsidiary of our parent company. As part of this effort, I also redesigned the process flows of the business. I designed the SQL data conventions to be used in the database and wrote all SSRS dashboards used to be used in the ordinary course of business.

Auditing - I have been a part of the Deloitte auditing team on major clients such as Lowe's, Bridgestone Tires, Blue Cross Blue Shield, among many others. Additionally, I continue to perform a yearly basis audit activities to ensure that our outsourcing partners are operating and billing appropriately.
