Profile Summary

I am a postdoctoral cancer researcher with expertise in tumour–immune interactions, extracellular matrix (ECM) biology, and translational oncology. My work focuses on how mechanical cues within the tumour microenvironment regulate immune modulation, invasion, and therapy resistance. I have extensive experience in developing and characterising advanced 3D culture systems, including patient-derived organoids, immune co-cultures, and humanised mouse models, as well as profiling transcriptional and secretory responses using NanoString, ELISA, and flow cytometry. With a strong background in experimental design, data analysis, and cross-sector collaboration (academic–industry partnerships, including AstraZeneca), I provide scientific consultancy in cancer immunology, model development, and data interpretation to support translational and preclinical research projects.
