I am passionate about research - my own and that of others. My research interests include Holocaust education, narrative inquiry and the move towards innovation through AI technologies such as ChatGPT. I regularly copy-edit master's and PhD theses and specialise in making the work of second language students shine. I have been working as a language editor since 2019. I also write journal articles and book chapters in the fields of Holocaust education, teachers' personal stories, human rights, and Holocaust museums. In addition, I have presented conference papers on these subjects and webinars to university students on post-graduate writing skills. In addition, I am a skilled administrator and have a deep interest in technology. To this end, I write databases (having wirtten an MSCD in 2002) and use and have taught EndNote and NVivo qualitative software.
