My doctoral research at LUSAC (Université de Caen Normandie), conducted on a part-time remote basis, focuses on developing Actuator Disk models using the TELEMAC code to simulate tidal turbines at both local and regional scales — contributing directly to the advancement of sustainable marine energy systems. I have hands-on expertise in: - CFD simulation: OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent, TELEMAC, COMSOL - Programming: Python, MATLAB, C/C++, LaTeX - CAD & prototyping: SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Catia v5, AutoCAD - Experimental & numerical techniques: two-phase flow modeling, Blade Element Method, Actuator Disk modeling, sediment transport, turbulence modeling (k-ε, k-ω) My research on tidal turbine-seabed scour interactions under wave-current conditions has been published in a peer-reviewed international journal (MDPI Journal of Marine Science and Engineering, 2026, IF > 2.7).
