Profile Summary

I hold a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and have worked across the USA, Japan, and the UK in research and consulting roles. I have published peer-reviewed research in the areas of Meeting Design Science, Team Science and Multi-team Operations especially as applied to hospital environments and oncology practices. My work bridges science and practice, bringing behavioral insights to life in complex, interdisciplinary environments including healthcare, military, engineering, and financial sectors. At the core of my expertise is the ability to evaluate organizational behavior using the scientific method, use storytelling to communicate key issues to organizational leaders, and work with stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate solutions and interventions. In other words, I specialize in identifying key behavioral bottlenecks and designing data-driven interventions that lead to measurable business outcomes. This includes defining evidence-based behavioral problem statements, mapping the external pressures that promote or inhibit behavior, and generating and testing interventions that shift behavior at scale. My experience spans the full lifecycle of applied behavioral science, from strategic problem framing and qualitative/quantitative insight generation to behaviorally grounded intervention design and rigorous field evaluation.
